1.2 Eligibility

1.3 User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal access to the live broadcast and commentary sources you wish to sync
• You may be required to capture brief snapshots of game clocks or screen content for synchronization purposes
• All captures and usage must comply with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

1.4 Browser Extension and Technical Requirements

• Our browser extension requires specific permissions to function properly
• You consent to the extension accessing necessary browser data for synchronization purposes
• You are responsible for keeping the extension updated and compatible with your browser

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful registration information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

2.2 Account Types

The Platform offers different account types including standard user accounts and streamer accounts, each with different features and responsibilities.

3.1 Subscription Plans

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

3.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Synchronization data is processed temporarily and not stored beyond the immediate session

5.2 Camera and Screen Capture

• Certain features may require camera or screen capture permissions
• Captured content is used solely for synchronization purposes
• You retain ownership of any content you capture or create

5.3 Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate with third-party services (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6.1 Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Sync Sport LTD or our licensors.

6.2 Third-Party Content

• All broadcast and commentary content remains the property of respective owners
• The Platform does not claim ownership of or distribute third-party content
• Users are responsible for respecting all intellectual property rights

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload, but grant us a license to use such content as necessary to provide our services.

7.1 Streamer Accounts

Streamers using our platform for broadcasting or content creation must:

• Comply with all applicable broadcasting regulations
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Maintain appropriate content standards
• Follow our community guidelines

7.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8.1 Service Availability

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability

8.2 Compatibility

We do not guarantee compatibility with all broadcasts, commentary sources, devices, or browsers.

9.1 Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement
• We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sync Sport LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Disputes arising from unauthorized access to copyrighted content
• Third-party actions or content
• Service interruptions or technical failures

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.1 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful conduct
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

11.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but these Terms remain in effect for resolved matters.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, except for small claims which may be pursued in local courts.

13.1 Changes to Terms

13.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
